Flower Preservation
How does flower preservation work?
We carefully dry and preserve your flowers, then encase them in crystal-clear resin to transform meaningful blooms into timeless keepsakes. Each preserved flower piece is handcrafted to highlight the natural beauty, texture, and memory behind your arrangement.
Will my flowers look exactly the same?
Flowers are natural and delicate, so slight changes in color, shape, or translucency may happen during the preservation process. These variations are not flaws—they are part of the organic beauty of real botanical preservation.
How long does flower preservation take?
Most flower preservation orders take about 3 to 6 weeks depending on the flower type, drying timeline, and final design. Larger or more detailed keepsake pieces may take a little longer.
What flowers can you preserve?
Most flowers can be preserved, including roses, orchids, lilies, carnations, and mixed bouquets. Some delicate flowers may become more translucent after drying, and we will guide you on what to expect for your specific blooms.
Custom Orders
Can I request a custom resin art design?
Yes. HuesbyLats specializes in custom resin art, preserved botanical pieces, trays, wall art, clocks, and statement décor. Colors, textures, stones, metallic accents, and personalization can be tailored to your vision.
Can you match my home décor or event palette?
Absolutely. We can create pieces inspired by your home interior, wedding palette, gifting theme, or personal style. Many clients request geode, marble, ocean, floral, or luxury gold-accented designs that coordinate beautifully with their spaces.
Do you provide a design preview?
We provide concept guidance, inspiration direction, and design discussions before production begins. Because every piece is handcrafted, the finished artwork will be unique and may vary slightly from inspiration images or sketches.
Is a deposit required for custom work?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your order and begin material preparation, design planning, and production. Custom orders are created specifically for each client, so all sales are final once work begins.
Materials & Care
What materials do you use in your resin art?
We use premium artist-grade resin, pigments, natural stones, crystals, metallic accents, preserved botanicals, and layered textures. Material selection depends on the design style, function, and luxury finish of each piece.
Will resin yellow over time?
We use high-quality UV-resistant resin to maintain clarity and beauty. Like all resin, natural aging may occur over many years, but proper care and avoiding prolonged direct sunlight will help preserve the finish.
Are trays and boards food-safe?
Decorative trays and charcuterie-style boards are intended for light serving of dry foods only. They are not made for cutting, high heat, or heavy-duty kitchen prep.
How should I care for my piece?
Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, prolonged direct sunlight, dishwashers, and extreme heat. Hand-clean only to protect the finish and preserve the luxury look of the piece.
